SSDL Tübingen | Introduction of the Video Club Method to Pre-Service Teachers
The video-club is a one-year training method on peer coaching for teachers (see https://www.prolea.co/single-post/2017/07/12/Fontys-Videoclub for detailed description). Input phases for all participants are combined with practical phases where peers gather coaching experience in groups of three. We adapted the introduction of the video-club method to the preservice teacher training at our institute.
